LlamaRisk recommends the following parameter changes based on user behavior, on-chain liquidity, and position health observed in the latest review of Aave V3 reserves.

Increase supply cap for stcUSD from 20,000,000 to 40,000,000.

stcUSD has reached 100.0% supply cap utilization (19,997,498 / 20,000,000) on the Aave V3 MegaETH instance.

Two positions account for nearly all stcUSD supply, with health factors of 1.02 and 1.03 and USDm borrowed against stcUSD collateral in the Stablecoins E-Mode (LT 90%). Six supplier positions hold the reserve in total; the remaining four are comparatively small, with cohort health factors ranging from 1.01 to 1.24.
Recommendation
We recommend raising the supply cap for stcUSD from 20,000,000 to 40,000,000 on Aave V3 MegaETH. Utilization stands at 100% (19,997,498 / 20,000,000), and the increase brings post-change utilization to approximately 50% with headroom for further supply growth.
